Substitution/Cancellation Policy:

Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference. Once a delegate has checked in at the registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted.

A refund to full conference registrants will be given (less $75 administration fee) for cancellations received in writing prior to June 15, 2005.

No refunds will be given after this date nor granted for absentee delegates, partial registrations, companions program, or single event tickets.

Confirmation of cancellation must be verified by the LLLP Registrar.

Refunds will be processed following the conclusion of the Conference.
